👩‍⚕️ In partnership with your local GP Surgery, the Roving Access & Inequalities Clinic is back!

If you have received an invite via your surgery and you are over 75 or 18 with severe immunosuppression, you can have your Spring COVID vaccination dose.   This is also an opportunity for you to have:

✅ Blood Pressure Checks
✅ Healthy Lifestyle Advice
✅ Stress Management Support
✅ Spring COVID Vaccination (for those 75+ or 18+ with severe immunosuppression)

The team, including nurses from the Hospital Vaccination Centre, will be on hand to chat, answer questions, and guide you to local support services.
